Unsure whether this is a spooner, or water goblet. Ashman doesn't have dimensions and there is little known about this particular pattern. It is a rare and beautiful pattern though. This piece has a few very minor, and very small skim chips on the base, nothing noticeable but worthy of knowing about if you are interested in this piece. It is MAGNIFICENT!
